Rooforders Xactimate ESX Service
Rooforders is pleased to announce that customers can now order and receive Rooforders reports as Xactimate sketches. Orders can be initiated in Xactanalysis or Xactimate.and customers will receive resources in support of their claim:
- Xactimate sketch
- PDF report
- 3D DXF
- XLSX
Signing up for ESX service
To get started with Rooforders Xactimate ESX Service contact Rooforders customer support by calling 888-386-8384 or email support@rooforders.com with the subject line ESX service. Be ready to provide:
- Your Verisk account information: Email, Xactnet Address, Company and in some cases Carrier IDs, Account ID
- Your Rooforders account information or create a new account
- How reports will be paid:
- Prepay - you will pay with a credit card
- Postpaid - You will order through a sub account on a payors company account .You will need to provide contact information so we can verify agreement from the payor
When information has been collected and payor verification (if any) is completed you will receive an email where you can verify the information collected and review the Rooforders Xactimate ESX Service terms and conditions. When you click on the PROCEED button we will submit the information to Verisk who will complete your Rooforders Xactimate ESX Service setup.
Ordering and Pricing
When the service is active you will be able to select the Rooforders logo inside Xactimate to request a Rooforders report in support of your claim. Monitor Xactimate messages and your email for follow-up messages as your order is processed and reports delivered directly to your Xactimate claim. You will also receive email delivery from Rooforders where you can also access all of the supporting reports. The Xactimate sketch is only available in your Xactimate account.
When prepaid customers order their credit card is charged at standard Rooforders pricing plus a $5 convenience fee for the ESX service. Postpaid customers will be debited at the rate assigned to the payor account plus the $5 convenience fee.
