Rooforders ESX Service Users Terms And Conditions
Purchase Conditions
Rooforders Xactimate ESX Service users agree to pay for Rooforders reports when submitting orders. ESX™ is a trademark of Xactware Solutions, Inc. Rooforders will create an invoice for each order placed. Orders are viewable at the user’s account on Rooforders.com and will also be sent to the email address on file. Prepaid users grant Rooforders the right to collect the amounts debited using the card on file. Users may request payment terms including monthly billing and account self-management, termed postpaid. Postpaid payments can be made by Zelle, ACH, or check. Contact davidkohls@rooforders.com to request postpaid status if desired.
As appropriate, credits or refunds will be issued for reports that are canceled prior to delivery or determined to be duplicates.
Pricing
Rooforders pricing is per report. Single and multi-family dwellings including secondary structures are considered residential regardless of size or complexity. All other reports are commercial. Pricing per report including Xactimate sketch is:
Customers may request the addition of obstructions and penetrations for an additional $5. Qualified discount program customers may pay lower rates. Commercial orders may be debited in two separate transactions for $30 and $25.
End User License Agreement for Rooforders.com services
Rooforders reports and service products are intended for use solely by the individual or organization purchasing the service. They may not, in whole or in any part, be copied, reproduced, transmitted, translated (into any language, natural or computer), stored in a retrieval system, or converted to any other form without prior written consent from Rooforders.com.
Best Efforts Basis and Limited Warranty
Rooforders.com combines data from multiple aerial image sources with other data sets to create software that helps customers improve their businesses. This is done on a best-efforts basis with rapid response times and low costs being priorities. Errors may occur; imagery may be outdated, and interpretation can be complex. If an error is found, we will correct it or refund your money. Target accuracy on measurements including pitch is:
- 3% for roofs up to 4,000 sq ft
- 1% for larger roofs
Note: this degree of accuracy is within reasonable tolerance for most solar installations and roof repairs.
Pricing and Potential for Surcharges
Rooforders.com pricing is as listed on the website at the time of order submission. By selecting “confirm order” you agree to pay for these services at the published prices. Rooforders.com services are offered for residential and commercial properties. Commercial properties ordered as residential will be converted to commercial orders and priced accordingly.
License
"THE SOFTWARE" refers to the report, design, schematic, or permit and any subsequent versions or upgrades received as a result of purchasing this service. The "BUYER" is the original purchaser of the software. Buyer has a non-exclusive right to use the software but may not distribute, modify, or translate it except for intended uses such as solar design. Buyer’s purchase indicates acceptance of these terms. This license is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and benefits Rooforders.com or its assigns.
Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
Buyer acknowledges that the software may not be free from defects or meet all needs. Rooforders.com warrants best efforts to create accurate software but licenses it “as is.” Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the purchase price. Rooforders.com is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profits, even if advised of such possibilities.
